When recommending an applicant to Valoris Group Limited, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: Only referrals of individuals who are not currently in the recruitment process with Valoris Group Limited and who have not been employed by Valoris Group Limited in the past 12 months are eligible for referral benefits.
2. Referral Process: To be eligible for referral benefits, the referrer must submit the referral through the official referral process before the referred candidate applies.
3. Referral Benefits: Any referral benefits or incentives will be awarded in accordance with the specific terms outlined at the time of the referral. Valoris Group Limited reserves the right to determine the type and amount of referral benefits at its discretion.

5. No Guarantee of Employment: Referring a candidate does not guarantee that the candidate will be interviewed or hired. Hiring decisions are made at the sole discretion of Valoris Group Limited.
6. Amendments: Valoris Group Limited reserves the right to amend these referral terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
