About the Role
Valoris Group are recruiting a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join a fast-growing renewables business. This role focuses on closing pre-qualified warm leads for Air Source Heat Pump installations, with full support from an in-house technical and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert warm leads generated by the business into sales

Conduct site visits to assess suitability for heat pump installations

Present tailored renewable solutions to customers and build strong client relationships

Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals, both in-person and digitally
-
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the technical team

Stay informed on renewable industry trends, products, and competitor offerings
-
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
What Were Looking For

Proven track record in sales renewables, home improvements, or HVAC desirable
-
Ability to build trust quickly and guide customers through the sales process
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-
Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management abilities
-
Confident working independently and managing your own pipeline

Full UK driving licence
