Overview

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers for ongoing projects across large commercial and industrial sites nationwide. This is long-term work with consistent pipeline and competitive, negotiable rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and repair of commercial roofing systems

• Working on large commercial and industrial buildings

• Cladding installation (essential)

• Installation and detailing of skylights and roof penetrations (desirable)

• Working safely at height in accordance with site and H&S requirements

• Reading drawings and working to specifications

• Coordinating with site teams to meet programme deadlines

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience on commercial and industrial roofing projects

• Cladding experience

• Ability to work nationwide

• Valid CSCS card (or equivalent)

• Strong understanding of health and safety on live sites

• Own tools and PPE

Desirable Experience

• Skylight installation experience

• Experience on large distribution centres, warehouses, factories, or similar assets
