Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (Permanent) or £1,000 - £1,400 per week (Contract)

Role Summary: As a HIU Engineer, youll oversee the commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Heat Interface Units (HIUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) in high-end residential and commercial properties. Your technical abilities and professionalism will ensure we continue to meet the high standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and troubleshoot HIUs and FCUs, ensuring consistent performance
- Conduct installations, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of MVHR systems
- Diagnose issues accurately and implement solutions effectively
- Complete detailed site reports using our digital platform
- Maintain professional interactions with clients, reflecting our company values
- Organise materials and tools needed for each job efficiently
What We Offer:

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Proven experience with HIU and FCU systems, along with strong plumbing and heating expertise
- Relevant technical certifications in plumbing, heating, or HVAC systems
- Full UK driving licence and familiarity with Londons road network
- CIS registered with UTR and NIN numbers
- Proficient in English for written reports and client interactions
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and maintenance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Gas Safe registration (an advantage but not essential)
- Experience with MVHR systems and reactive maintenance
