Location: Wimbledon, London (Office-based with occasional site visits)
Contract: 6-month temp-to-perm opportunity
Salary: £30,000 £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: Monday Thursday 09:00-17:30, Friday 09:00-17:00
About the Role
Valoris Group is proud to be exclusively partnered with a leading London-based property maintenance and refurbishment business. Due to continued growth and internal development, they are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of reactive repair projects and planned maintenance operations.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a technical coordination or multi-trade maintenance environment who is looking for a fast-paced, client-focused position with long-term career potential.
Key Responsibilities

Review engineer reports and generate accurate, timely quotations

Liaise directly with engineers to confirm completed works and outstanding requirements

Order parts, materials, and manage delivery schedules from suppliers to site

Maintain job budgets and ensure deadlines are met efficiently

Provide updates to clients and ensure strong communication throughout job cycles

Support engineers with parts identification and technical issue resolution

Maintain internal records using Microsoft Office and in-house software systems

Visit sites as required for quoting, client meetings, or project oversight
Essential Skills & Experience

Background in building services, repairs coordination, or technical administration

Excellent verbal and written communication, with a confident phone manner

Ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet deadlines

Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over task

Comfortable liaising with engineers, subcontractors, and clients
Desirable
-
Building Surveying qualification or experience working as a multi-trader

Experience working within main contractor or developer settings

Familiarity with health & safety processes

Full UK driving licence and London travel flexibility
