Heat Interface and HIU Unit Service Breakdown & Install Engineer
Location: London (Field-based within London only)
Salary: £42,500 - £60,000 per annum + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Benefits
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the heating and energy sector, specialising in residential energy systems, including metering, installation, and maintenance. Were seeking an experienced Heat Interface and HIU Unit Engineer to join our team and deliver high-quality solutions, working exclusively within the London area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Commissioning: Install and commission Heat Interface Units (HIUs), ensuring all systems meet required standards.
- Repairs & Breakdown: Diagnose and repair HIUs, MVHR systems, and FCUs to maintain peak performance.
- Maintenance: Provide routine servicing to prevent issues and extend the life of systems.
- Plantroom Maintenance: Perform planned and reactive maintenance on essential components.
- Site Surveys: Conduct surveys and collaborate with clients and contractors for smooth installations and repairs.
- Customer Support: Offer technical guidance and resolve post-installation issues.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating (mandatory). Electrical wiring experience is a plus.
- Certifications: CSCS card, First Aid, and SMSTS are desirable but not essential.
- Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
- Skills: Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and within a team.

- Salary: £42,500 base, with earning potential up to £60,000 based on experience and travel.
