Valoris Group Limited is recruiting on behalf of a well-established electrical services provider for an experienced EICR & Fire Alarm Service Engineer. This is a stable, long-term role with outstanding earning potential, where engineers regularly take home well above their base salary.
The Role

Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) on commercial properties.

Inspect, test, and diagnose electrical installations in line with BS7671 standards.

Service and maintain fire alarm systems to industry requirements.

Produce accurate certification and inspection reports.

Identify remedial works and recommend solutions.

Ensure all works comply with health & safety standards.
Requirements

Proven experience delivering commercial EICRs.

Skilled in fire alarm servicing and maintenance.

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certified.

City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent Inspection & Testing.

Full UK driving licence.

Strong customer focus and communication skills.
Salary, Overtime and Benefits Breakdown

Base Salary: £36,000 £44,000 (depending on experience).

KPI Bonus Scheme: Hit targets and add £250£400+ per month.

Overtime Pay: 1.5x outside 7am5pm, 2x for nights/weekends. Just 1 extra hour per day = ~£5K annually.

Evening Work Allowance: £40 per evening worked away, adding up to £7K annually.

Callouts: £50 plus double rate door-to-door, typically worth ~£4K annually.

Door-to-Door Pay: All travel time covered, including overtime at enhanced rates.
