Your Role: Commercial Finance Broker
As a Commercial Finance Broker, you will play a key role in helping Commercial and SMSF clients access the finance they need whether for, commercial property loans, business purchases, or large scale working capital.
Your responsibilities will include:
Originate and structure tailored loans that meet your clients' specific needs.
Provide expert advice on loan structures and funding options that help clients succeed.
Leverage yours and Valiants industry connections to ensure a seamless and fast loan approval and settlement processes.
Deliver fantastic customer experience and service that keeps customers wanting to come back to Valiant for their future business finance needs.
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as mortgage brokers, accountants, and buyers agents.
Support development of more junior members of the team by mentoring and sharing knowledge
Show hunger to build your own book of business and accelerate your earnings potential.
What You Bring:
Previous experience in Business Banking and/or Broking industry
Strong network and proven ability to build long-term relationships with referral partners.
Expert financial analysis skills to assess creditworthiness accurately.
A deep understanding of industry regulations combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A passion for helping businesses succeedbecause when they win, we all win.
Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities or specialise in writing larger loan sizes, depending on your career objectives
