::: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :::

HSSE Management System planning and implementation

  • Support the development of annual HSSE plan, KPIs and tracking implementation of the plan. Monthly update HSSE plan, performance report and KPIs.
  • Assist HSSE team to develop HSSE documentation, review, and process for approval.
  • Generate report and develop a dashboard to support team for tracking aging HSSE document.
  • Provide basic HSSE awareness training to Staff and contractor i.e., safety induction, HSSE moment, HSSE IMS user training, Emergency and Business continuity concept.
  • Coordinate HSSE campaigns with campaign owners and support the roll out and implementation.

HSSE technical database

  • Assist in the design and development of HSSE database and information sharing in SharePoint, HSSE IMS (Synergi), Power BI, and MS automate system.
  • Performing data analysis on Statistics, HSSE performance tracking.

Emergency response and Business continuity

  • Coordinating and supporting to maintaining and updating of Emergency Center facilities, document, and equipment to ensure smooth operating during emergency.
  • Communicating and updating of CRT emergency duty roster to CRT members via email, MS channel and SMS smart alert. Performing unannounced test call, complete with tracking record. Supporting the development and maintaining ER and BC equipment and function of response rooms and business recovery center
  • Participating and supporting BU Crisis Response and Business Continuity Exercises
  • Administration of Virtual Emergency Response system

Department budget planning and control

  • Assist department to conduct budget planning based on HSSE plan and Business continuity plan.
  • Monitor and ensure budget allocation and spending according to plan, provide summary tracking report to team and department head.

Contract Management

  • Supporting to provide summary of contract spending.
  • Supporting for contract extension including issuing extension request, providing contract calculation for bid waver processes.
  • Monitoring and maintaining contract status and fund availability in line with budget plan.
  • Supporting to issuing work authorization, release order, and blanket releases, purchase request, and purchase order.
  • Supporting to provide HSSE procurement plans.

Compliance and Internal audit

  • Assist and organize and schedule QHSSE internal and external audit program.
  • Coordinate with internal audit team members and being part of qualified internal auditor.
  • Issue audit summary report.

Communication

  • Ensure smooth/clear communication both internal as well as external including delivery of confidential/sensitive information to the concerned parties.
  • Independently handle internal and external correspondence and adhere to record retention policies and procedures.
  • Develop and distribute HSSE information sharing i.e., HSSE announcements, HSSE campaigns, HSSE awareness notification.

Scheduling and Travel Coordination

  • Efficient scheduling of internal, external, and international meetings and conference calls.
  • Plan the agenda for internal and external meetings, organize papers, ensuring these are completed and circulated on time.
  • Build and maintain three month rolling leave schedule for HSSE Department.
  • Efficient planning of itinerary and destination, coordinating with travel agents including obtaining necessary approvals, booking accommodation and logistics.

Payments

  • Process external invoices and coordinate with Finance for timely payment for HSSE Department
  • Process claims, for travel and entertainment expenses for reimbursements for HSSE Department

:: QUALIFICATIONS :::

Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Science or Engineering (preferably in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental related field).
  • Recognized qualification in HSSE management system auditing, ISO standards (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of local and international HSSE legislation, regulations, and best practices.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with several years in HSSE preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Power BI, and SharePoint.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Thai and English).
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizing skills.
