::: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :::
Maintenance Planning
- Issue work orders (Planned Maintenance / Corrective Maintenance) to technicians, E&I, and mechanics in compliance with internal standards before all actual works are started.
- Issue Purchasing Requisitions based on material or Resources emerging from requirements and specifications from unplanned work orders. Ensure all Purchasing Requisitions are linked to Work Orders.
- Run the Look ahead planning for 7, 30 and 90 days look ahead to foreseen the incoming planned works. Liaise with onshore logistic to transfer all required spares / resources to offshore timely. Ensure there is no potential backlog due to the improper planning.
- Run maintenance backlog and communicate to technicians and maintenance supervisor to prioritize the work plan and re-schedule as appropriate. Ensure all maintenance backlogs are minimized.
- Visit the platform to understand and update front operation and platform work processes.
- Ensure that job cards are timely produced and distributed
Plan and schedule corrective action and daily preventive and predictive maintenance activities in line with directions from his supervisor. - Continuous improvement the maintenance plan and liaise with Maintenance/CMMS engineer in Bangkok office to update the standard work tasks or materials as appropriate.
Material Control Stock
- Issue materials, reorders and provide logistics support to each platform.
- Control and issue stock to maintain adequate inventory levels,
- Ensure all required materials to be used for process and utility equipment shall have the stock item codes and be allocated to Work Orders.
- Liaise with warehouse officer to generate stock item, if missing in Oracle for process and utility equipment. Consult with onshore Maintenance engineer to determine min-max level.
- Input and maintain in coordination with the onshore maintenance engineer the accuracy and integrity of equipment and maintenance record in database. Ensure that all data are updated and are indicative of the current maintenance situation, especially all findings in corrective tasks and actual materials used for each work order.
- Ensure that materials are available and stored in an organized matter to execute the maintenance program
- Liaise with warehouse officers to maintain an accurate record of stock inventories and set at minimum and maximum levels to properly execute the maintenance program. Ensure the materials levels are regularly reconciled.
- Ensure incoming materials are stored appropriately
- Order and Stock supplies, materials and parts timely to replace materials consumed and assure their availability for assigned projects, scheduled maintenance, and emergency responses.
Inventory Management
- Identify required spare parts and consumables; provide data and information for input to the Logistics & Procurement database in Oracle to enable purchasing of items, establish the structured catalogue, set minimum, maximum and reorder levels.
- Verify the purchase specifications against the OEM data, cost and classification codes, etc., for spare parts and consumables, migrate and update the inventory records in the Oracle CMMS by directly linking to the maintenance plan for each item TAG and work instruction.
- Manage the spare parts and consumables; identify, track and monitor usage of critical spare parts and high usage parts or consumables
- Ensure optimal stock levels of critical spare parts and high usage parts or consumables are maintained in order to ensure continuity of operations.

- Follow prescribed safety processes, standards and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and workplace for self and others.
:: QUALIFICATIONS :::
Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
- Basic understanding of maintenance planning principles and CMMS tools
- Proficiency in project planning ,CMMS software such as Microsoft Project, Oracle SAP is a plus
- Understand P&IDs, engineering documents related to the spare parts
Experience:
- At least 5 years experience of Maintenance , Planning and CMMS process relevant in the Oil and Gas industry.
