Business Development Manager

Your tasks

• Business development and sales responsibility of Cyber Security Solutions in western Europe (except German and Austria) with focus on Benelux, France, Switzerland
• Solution based selling of cybersecurity products with focus on the Defense & Government segment including NATO and EU
• Responsible of the sales target for Cybersecurity products within the region
• Conduct technical customer presentations and understand the customer needs for Cybersecurity solutions, as well as follow RFQ process and conduct negotiations
• Act as an interface between the customers and the central Cybersecurity team to facilitate success in the region
• Generating leads / opportunities and sales in close cooperation with Cybersecurity sales and product organization and local sales staff within the sales region
• Develop partner relationships, identify opportunities and create revenue in the region
• Support for Key Accounts and partners
• Taking part in relevant Forums, Working Groups and Events
  

Your Qualifications

• University Degree in industrial engineering / IT or a completed apprenticeship in computer science
• Extended working experience in sales and information security as well as in consultancy and technical sales preferred in the Benelux area and France
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity technologies and range of use with advanced technical product knowledge about the Network and Encryption portfolio
• Familiar with the competitive landscape, the customers, and the procurement procedures of the Cybersecurity business
• Ability of making sales plans and strategies and executing them
• International sales experience especially with government/public/military customers
• Mindset of a hunter with excellent communication skills, pressure tolerance and carrying a challenging sales target
• Dedicated, team-oriented way of working and intercultural competence
• Readiness to travel to clients
• Fluent English skills, dutch would be nice
