Job Overview:
The Staffing Solutions Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Energy, IT, Engineering and Government, staffing solutions sectors for the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong business development and sales background, specifically selling staffing solutions to the Energy, IT, Engineering and Government domains in the United States.
This position is a remote and can work out of any location in the United States. Travel will be required for customer meetings and for other professional engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Energy, Government, IT, and Engineering staffing solutions sector for the US market.
- Generate qualified leads through market research as well as leveraging existing relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- ·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of business development and sales experience with experience selling Energy Sector, IT, Engineering and Government staffing solutions in the US market.
- Experience selling to the US market is a must.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- A good roledex of clients to generate wins in the first 30 to 60 days.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
