- Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of a QA/Test Manager to provide Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing solutions according to the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.

- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Job Description
- The role of the software test manager is to lead the testing team. Test Manager plays a central role in the Team. The Test Manager takes full responsibility for the project's success. The role involves quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort.
Additional job details and special considerations
- Test and validate the HHS applications on the Salesforce platform post-remediation, platform stabilization, performance tweaking, and trigger updates. This position also performs systematical testing and analyzing various aspects of product development and service delivery to detect potential flaws and ensure alignment with industry and internal standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with Database query languages (SQL PUSQL).
- Skilled in developing Requirements Traceability Matrices.
- Skilled in developing and executing Test Scripts.
- Skilled in developing Test Plans and coordinating user Acceptance Testing.
- Experience with general IT SDLC processes.
- Experience using JIRA for managing project/sprint tasks
- Working in an Agile SDLC environment.
- Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users.
- Experience working on projects utilizing agile project management methodologies.
- Experience with Automation Testing.
- Experience with Health and Human Services.
