Job Summary

V24 Works is hiring Custodians to support professional cleaning operations in Lebanon, IN and surrounding areas. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, organized, and welcoming facilities while following all site procedures, safety requirements, and cleaning standards.

Custodians play an important role in supporting day-to-day facility cleanliness, safety, and overall customer experience. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout assigned areas.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, countertops, fixtures, and common-use areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and touchpoints.
• Empty trash and recycling containers, replace liners, and follow proper waste-handling procedures.
• Sanitize common areas such as hallways, staircases, elevators, breakrooms, offices, and shared spaces.
• Restock supplies as needed and keep cleaning carts organized and ready for use.
• Use only approved cleaning chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure all chemical containers are properly labeled and used according to instructions.
• Follow cross-contamination prevention methods to help maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Identify and report safety hazards, security concerns, missing keys, missing badges, unsecured doors, supply needs, or equipment issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Never allow unauthorized access or piggybacking through secure doors.
• Maintain professionalism with building occupants, visitors, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Arrive on time, ready to work, and complete assigned tasks to quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, product labels, and safety information.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks consistently.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work safely without phone, earbuds, or other distractions while on the clock.

GMP Cleaning Technician

Job Summary

V24 Works is hiring GMP Cleaning Technicians to support cleaning and disinfection operations in GMP-regulated environments. This role is responsible for performing controlled cleaning procedures in accordance with site Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, gowning requirements, documentation standards, and safety protocols.

The GMP Cleaning Technician helps support contamination control, product quality, personnel safety, audit readiness, and cleanroom compliance. This is not just a general cleaning role; it requires the ability to follow detailed procedures, document work accurately, and maintain professional cleanroom behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow approved SOPs, work instructions, cleaning protocols, and GMP cleaning procedures for all assigned work.
• Clean and disinfect GMP-controlled areas, including floors, walls, doors, ceilings, equipment exteriors, work surfaces, fixtures, corridors, gowning areas, restrooms, production support areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Use approved GMP cleaning techniques, including proper cleaning sequence and cross-contamination prevention.
• Remove trash, recycling, and designated waste from GMP-controlled areas according to site procedures for segregation, bagging, labeling, transport routes, and contamination prevention.
• Complete cleaning logs, equipment-use logs, chemical-use logs, and other required documentation accurately and in real time.
• Report documentation errors, missed steps, out-of-standard conditions, safety hazards, cleanliness concerns, or compliance issues immediately.
• Follow all gowning and degowning procedures.
• Maintain gown integrity and report garments that are damaged or unfit for use.
• Follow personnel and material flow requirements.
• Minimize unnecessary movement, excessive talking, and touching of surfaces in controlled areas.
• Follow hygiene requirements, including restrictions on jewelry, cosmetics, nail polish, food, drinks, and personal items where applicable.
• Use only client-approved cleaning agents, disinfectants, tools, and equipment.
• Verify chemical containers are properly labeled and used according to approved dilution, expiration, storage, handling, and safety requirements.
• Maintain supply rooms, storage areas, tools, and equipment in an organized, clean, inspection-ready condition.
• Follow all site access control requirements and never allow piggybacking or unauthorized entry into secure or GMP-controlled areas.
• Immediately report missing keys, badges, unsecured doors, alarms, unauthorized personnel, or other unusual conditions.
• Wear required PPE, cleanroom garments, and task-specific protective clothing as directed by site procedures and safety requirements.
• Stop work and escalate immediately if a task cannot be performed safely or according to procedure.
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, teammates, and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of janitorial, custodial, commercial cleaning, cleanroom, GMP, or regulated-environment experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, labels, and safety information.
• English fluency required. Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate professionally in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Candidates for the GMP Cleaning Technician role may be required to successfully complete a GMP prescreen assessment, which may include:
