Objective:

We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist who is capable of effectively managing the recruitment process, able to attract qualified candidates through various methods, and collaborate with internal teams to identify and meet the organization's manpower needs.

The specialist may also conduct research on industry updates and hiring techniques, screens and assesses applicants, coordinates, and conducts interviews, and develops recruitment strategies. By staying updated on industry trends and providing a positive candidate experience, they contribute to building a qualified candidate pipeline and ensuring the smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
