About the job Delivery Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Create a communication strategy to share key findings. Draft and send out regular project status
updates and present them to leadership teams.
4. Design and implement processes that are simple to follow, compliant, and fulfill all business
requirements.
5. Leading multiple projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomes.
6. Ensures that the project is executed on time, within quality standards and to the satisfaction of the
project sponsor.
7. Monitors and controls project deliverables, making recommendations and adjustments to the overall
project plan as necessary.
Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
9. Ability to work independently or managing a team and can regularly handle non-routine situations.
10. Acknowledges and adheres to privacy and confidentiality best practices.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in business analysis/process analysis, organizational development or
related discipline or equivalent
Proven project management experience and certified PMP is a big plus.
5+ years of relevant experience within project management and delivery management.
Experience in partnership development and engagement.
Experience with measurement and evaluation of project outcomes.
