Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang

Build and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend and third-party services

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Optimize application performance, especially for high-concurrency use cases

Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and staging environments

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver features

Participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team

Maintain deployment pipelines and containerized environments (Docker)Requirements:
13 years of experience in backend development

Strong experience with Golang and its ecosystem (e.g., Gin, Echo, Fiber)Familiarity with RESTful API design and backend architecture

Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL), including optimization and indexing

Hands-on experience with Redis, Memcached, or other caching solutions

Familiar with Git and CI/CD workflows

Understanding of microservices, Docker, and Linux environments

Good communication skills, proactive, and capable of working independently

Preferred Tools & Skills:

Experience in high-concurrency, distributed systems, or large-scale backend architectures

Familiar with gRPC, Kafka, or other messaging systems

Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

Knowledge of application security best practices
