Salary: Up to NTD 65,000/month (depending on experience)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to support the company's legal and compliance functions. This role focuses on commercial contract drafting and review, legal risk assessment, regulatory research, and cross-border legal support. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors while supporting the company's international business expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents in both Chinese and English.
  • Provide legal advice, conduct legal risk assessments, and recommend practical solutions for business operations.
  • Support compliance initiatives and internal legal governance.
  • Manage and maintain the company's intellectual property portfolio, including software-related intellectual property and trademarks.
  • Coordinate with domestic and international legal counsels, external law firms, and cross-functional teams on legal matters.
  • Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis for overseas markets.
  • Perform legal due diligence and risk assessments for new market expansion initiatives.
  • Improve legal processes, maintain legal documentation, and manage contract records.
  • Handle other legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters assigned by management.



Requirements

  • Taiwanese national currently residing in Taiwan.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of in-house legal experience.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
  • Strong business English communication skills with the ability to participate in meetings with international stakeholders.
  • Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • TOEIC score of 800 or above, or equivalent business English proficiency.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in both Chinese and English.
  • Strong understanding of legal risk assessment, compliance, and commercial legal matters.
  • Experience conducting overseas legal research, regulatory analysis, and market risk assessments.
  • Familiarity with intellectual property matters, including software-related IP and trademarks.
  • Proficient in using AI tools to support legal and compliance work.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred

  • Experience in the iGaming industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the software, technology, digital content, or startup industry is an advantage.
