Job Overview-
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Compliance Officer with strong legal and regulatory awareness to manage the company's overall compliance matters.
This role will be responsible for regulatory compliance, contract review, and risk control, working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure business operations align with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities-
-Plan, execute, and monitor daily compliance operations.
-Research and analyze regulations, regulatory requirements, and industry policies across different jurisdictions; provide risk assessments and compliance recommendations.
-Assist in establishing, updating, and optimizing internal compliance frameworks, processes, and policies.
-Review, manage, and track contracts, NDAs, cooperation agreements, and other legal documents.
-Liaise with internal teams, external legal counsel, certification bodies, partners, and regulatory authorities on compliance and contractual matters.
-Support business units in identifying operational risks and provide compliance and legal guidance.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of compliance records, contracts, and correspondence.
-Track progress of applications, certifications, licenses, compliance reviews, and document updates.
-Assist with internal audits, external inspections, and preparation of required documentation for regulatory authorities.
-Handle other compliance, legal, and contract-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements-
-Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management.
-work experience in legal, compliance, contract management, audit, or related roles.
-Strong contract review skills and risk awareness.
-Detail-oriented, well-organized, with strong documentation and coordination skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and track progress effectively.
-Good command of both Chinese and English (written and spoken); capable of handling English contracts and correspondence.
-Experience in iGaming, technology, cross-border business, licensing, or international compliance.
Preferred Qualifications-
- Experience handling international contracts, cross-border collaborations, or overseas regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with licensing processes, certification procedures, KYC / AML frameworks, or related regulatory standards.
- Experience working with external law firms, certification bodies, or government authorities.
