About the job Bilingual Customer Support Executive
Languages Required: Fluent in Khmer and English
Nationality:
-Open to Cambodian nationals or residents
-Other nationalities welcome if language fluency is met
Work Mode:
-Remote (Work from Home)
-Office planned in Cambodia in future
-Relocation reimbursement may be considered if needed later
Salary Range: USD $800$1,000/month(Weekend pay included in base salary)
Work Schedule :
- 5-day work week, 9-hour shifts
- 4-day work week, 12-hour shifts
- Weekend shifts required
Others : paid and medical leave (still deciding on the number and off in lieu if required to work on holidays)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via Telegram
- Respond to affiliate-related questions via Telegram
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
- Document and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the user experience
Who Were Looking For
- Fluent in Khmer and English
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive in solving problems
- Able to work independently while remaining a team player
- Prior experience in customer service or iGaming is a bonus
- Fresh graduates are welcome training will be provided
