Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)** to lead our marketing strategy and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of both Thai and international markets, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams. This is a key executive position requiring a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
* Lead and grow the marketing department across key functions including brand, digital, product marketing, communications, and customer experience.
* Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
* Design and implement performance-based marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Operations to align efforts and maximize ROI.
* Manage the marketing budget effectively and report on key KPIs to stakeholders.
* Represent the company at industry events and public engagements when required.
* Prepare for and support the marketing expansion in Cambodia, including market entry strategy and localization.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.
* Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CMO role.
* Proven experience in leading marketing strategy in B2B/B2C/eCommerce/SaaS specify your sector if needed].
* Strong command of both Thai and English (spoken and written).
* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, branding, customer journey optimization, and performance analytics.
* Demonstrated success in scaling marketing operations and driving measurable business results.
* Experience in Southeast Asia markets, especially Cambodia, is highly desirable.
* Willingness to relocate to Cambodia in the future as part of business expansion.
