Salary Range: 20000 - 35000 (Thai baht) (depends on experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (GMT+7)

Location: Central Pinklao, Bangkok
Compensation & Benefits:
Bonus: Twice a year (performance-based)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring documentation

Prepare employment contracts, onboarding materials, and manage employee records

Monitor and coordinate attendance, leave, and time-off policies

Support monthly payroll processing in collaboration with finance/admin

Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters

Assist in organizing employee activities, events, and engagement programs

Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company internal regulations

Support probation reviews, performance tracking, and basic training logistics

Work closely with management to implement HR initiatives as the company grows

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field13 years of experience in HR or administrative support (Tech/startup industry experience is a plus)Knowledge of Thai labor law and basic payroll practices

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Able to handle sensitive information with discretion

Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace

Good command of Thai; English communication skills are a plus
