Key Responsibilities-

Lead and develop creative concepts and visual strategies for brand campaigns, digital ads, video content, product launches, and more

Oversee all creative output, ensuring brand consistency, high quality, and innovation

Manage and mentor internal creative team members (designers, videographers, writers) and external vendors or freelancers

Collaborate with marketing, product, and social media teams to ensure creative assets support business objectives

Present and pitch creative ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining strong creative direction

Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure they are consistently applied across all assets

Stay up to date on creative trends, pop culture, digital formats, and platform best practices (e.g. TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution when necessary (e.g., sketching layouts, directing shoots, editing drafts)Manage creative timelines and workload to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects-

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communications, Advertising, or a related field5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead position

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign ideation, and multi-channel execution

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch) is a plus

Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and presentation skills

Strong project management and collaboration abilities

Experience in both B2C and/or B2B marketing is preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities-Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in advertising, branding, or creative agencies

Familiarity with video production, motion graphics, and interactive media

Experience working with social media or performance marketing teams

Understanding of marketing KPIs and how creative impacts conversion
