Nationality: Open to all nationalities except Chinese. Thai candidates are preferred, as the existing team members are primarily Thai.
Language Requirements:
- ''Chinese proficiency is mandatory'' for daily work communication and reporting.
- Thai proficiency is preferred.
- English communication ability is preferred.
Working Hours:
12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Sri Lanka Time), including a 1-hour meal break.
Working hours may occasionally be adjusted during major events, such as the World Cup.
Days Off: 6 days per month
Contract Term: 1-year employment contract

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and developing promotional strategies and execution plans for the Thailand market.
- Analyze the Thailand market, including user behavior, competitors, promotional channels, and market trends.
- Manage the daily operations of the Thailand promotion team and monitor promotional data, conversion performance, and execution quality.
- Regularly compile and analyze market data, including new member acquisition, activity, retention, deposits, and conversion performance.
- Adjust promotional directions based on Thailand market conditions and optimize promotional scripts, campaign plans, and channel strategies.
- Identify issues in promotional activities in a timely manner and propose improvement and optimization plans.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, including Promotion, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance, to drive the achievement of market targets.
- Complete other Thailand market-related tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years of experience managing a promotion or marketing team.
- Must have hands-on experience leading a promotion team of more than 30 people.
- Familiar with the Thailand market, including Thai user behavior, promotional channels, competitors, and the overall market environment.
- Must have practical experience in Thailand market promotion, operations, or sales.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify issues from promotional data and propose effective improvement plans.
- Strong team management capabilities, including target setting, performance management, and team development.
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.
- Chinese proficiency is mandatory. Candidates must be able to use Chinese for daily work communication and reporting.
- Thai language proficiency and the ability to communicate in English are preferred.
Contract & Early Resignation Terms
This position is based on a one-year employment contract. As the company provides relocation and employment-related support:
- Employees who resign before completing the required service period may be responsible for certain applicable costs, including airfare, onboarding-related costs, accommodation utilities, and work permit fees.
- Work permit repayment, if applicable, will be calculated proportionally based on the remaining period of the one-year service term.
- Employees who complete the required one-year service period will not be required to repay the work permit fee.
- Final repayment or deduction amounts are subject to the employment contract, company policy, and actual costs incurred.
