-Nationality : Indonesian priority
(Second consider China, India, and Pakistan)
-Work Location: Dubai
-Language: Indonesian (Bahasa) Preferred/ English(mandatory, client-facing) / Chinese is a plus.
-Salary: USD 770 – 1,290 / month (IDR 12,000,000 – 20,000,000)
-Payment method:
Indonesian candidates: Bank transfer
Non-Indonesian candidates: USDT
-Bonuses:
Holiday bonus: 1 month salary (prorated if <1 year)
-Annual bonus: up to 1 month salary (performance-based)

One annual return flight to home
Additional monthly allowance in cash: AED 3,300 (~USD 900) for living expenses
-Working Hours : Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 19:00

Role Overview-
Responsible for ensuring smooth integration between game backend services and clients. This role requires close collaboration with client integration teams and internal backend/game teams to resolve technical issues, anticipate risks, and maintain stable service operations.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage backend integration with client systems
Troubleshoot API and system-related issues
Monitor system performance and ensure stability
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients
Maintain and update API documentation
Support production issues (logging, monitoring, debugging)
Handle high-traffic systems and large transaction volumes
Technical Requirements
Strong experience in Node.js backend development (mandatory)
Experience with Golang or other backend technologies is a plus
Solid understanding of PostgreSQL / relational databases and/or NoSQL
Strong database query optimization and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Linux and/or AWS environments
Familiar with API integration, monitoring, and debugging
Experience handling high concurrency systems is preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Requirements-
Strong communication skills (client-facing role)
iGaming experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Education background is flexible; practical experience is prioritized
