Job Summary-
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data analysis and actionable insights. You will work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering teams to transform business requirements into measurable analytical tasks while collaborating with our European team on product development initiatives.

Responsibilities-
Analyze operational data to identify business opportunities, uncover key issues, and provide actionable business recommendations.
Prepare regular and project-based reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.
Design analytical approaches based on business requirements and present insights using appropriate data visualization techniques.
Write SQL queries to extract, integrate, and analyze data from multiple databases (e.g., ClickHouse, BigQuery, Oracle).
Understand database structures and collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure data quality and consistency.
Work closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to translate business requirements into measurable analytical tasks and trackable objectives.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate analytical findings, business insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the European team and support product requirement analysis and product development initiatives.

Requirements-
Strong business acumen with excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in SQL and capable of independently writing queries for data extraction and analysis.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Good understanding of database structures, data models, and field relationships.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Operations, and cross-functional teams.
Basic to Business-level English communication skills for collaboration with the European team.
Ability to transform business requirements into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
