Position: Thai Market Promotion Assistant
Work Location: Sri Lanka (Onsite)

Salary:

  • Probationary Salary: USD 1,700/month
  • After Probation: USD 2,000–2,200/month, depending on performance

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent Chinese and Thai are mandatory, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Chinese proficiency must be sufficient for professional communication, translation, and independent administrative work.

Working Hours:
12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Sri Lanka Time)
Days Off:
6 days per month
Preferred Starting Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate daily communication and work arrangements between the Thai market promotion team and back-office departments.
  2. Organize and verify employee attendance records.
  3. Calculate and maintain employee performance and commission data.
  4. Assist with Chinese–Thai translation for documents and daily workplace communication.
  5. Prepare, organize, and maintain spreadsheets, forms, and statistical reports.
  6. Handle other administrative and documentation tasks related to Thai market promotion operations.

Job Requirements

  1. Thai national.
  2. Fluent Chinese and Thai are mandatory, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  3. Chinese proficiency must be sufficient for professional communication and independent administrative work.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other commonly used office applications.
  5. Strong spreadsheet preparation, data organization, and commission calculation skills.
  6. Careful, responsible, organized, and comfortable working with numbers.
  7. Good communication, coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  8. Previous experience in administration, translation, commission calculation, or marketing support is an advantage.
  9. Must be willing to relocate and work on-site in Sri Lanka.
