Position Overview
This role will work closely with senior management and act as a cross-functional coordinator across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling cross-border and cross-department projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and communicate with external parties including law firms, consultants, and business partners
Collaborate internally with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams
Assist or lead cross-functional project management to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Monitor industry and market developments and provide actionable insights/recommendations
Support business development activities including contract coordination and partner management
Represent the company at international conferences and exhibitions (Europe / USA / Africa)
Handle additional business support and operational tasks as assigned

Requirements
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken)
Bachelor's degree or above
(Backgrounds in Business, Law, Finance, Economics )
Preferred educational background:
Taiwan top public universities or overseas universities
(Overseas Master's degree is a plus)
Minimum 5 years of total working experience
At least 2 years of experience from one of the following:
Top-tier Taiwan accounting firms, law firms, tax/advisory firms, or consulting firms
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing startup environment
Preferred profile:
Female candidates under 30 years old preferred
(exceptional profiles above the age range may still be considered)
Comfortable with flexible working hours and on-call communication
Candidate must arrange their own Taiwan labor insurance coverage
Salary will be paid in USDT
(exchange rate calculated monthly, salary payment around the 10th of each month)
