1. Develop human resources strategic planning, KPI assessment, and establish employee satisfaction survey data. Establish a three-way relationship between the company, management executives, and employees.

2. Personnel recruitment ( general workers, senior personnel ), personnel management, job scheduling, and maximizing personnel efficiency.

3. Coordinate and handle labor dispute resolution. Assist in court hearings to resolve labor disputes.

4. Company education and training, certification requirements to comply with labor safety management and government inspections.

5. Establish employee salary structure, salary calculation, and control of overtime costs and hours.

6. Establish human resources management regulations ( including attendance, and salary structure calculations).
