As part of our ongoing expansion in the APAC region, we are seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales to spearhead our Sales team. This is a unique opportunity for an innovative leader to drive growth and make a significant impact in the High-Risk Payment and FinTech sectors across Southeast Asia.

Nationality: Any

Language Requirement: Fluency in English and a local Asian language at an upper-intermediate level or higher is required.

Additional foreign language skills are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Serve as an "Acting Coach," leading by example in engaging and managing new sales prospects.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies tailored to the Southeast Asian market.
  • Set clear sales plans and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

2. Team Development & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

3. Market Expansion & Client Relations:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities in the high-risk payment and FinTech industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-risk merchants, leveraging an extensive professional network in the region.
  • Act as the company's representative at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to enhance brand presence and generate leads.

4. Process Optimization:

  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage client relationships and track sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to propose actionable improvements.

5. Target Achievement:

  • Ensure the timely achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the executive team.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4+ years in a leadership role overseeing Sales and Key Account teams in the High-Risk Payment or FinTech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and grow market share in the Southeast Asian region.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Extensive understanding of high-risk payment systems and the FinTech landscape in Southeast Asia.
  • A well-established network among high-risk merchants in the region.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in English and a local Asian language at an upper-intermediate level or higher is required.
