Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager with a background in sportsbook and iGaming. This role is responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving business growth through SEO, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns. You will lead marketing initiatives, manage digital platforms, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO:
Oversee and execute both on-site and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic reach and visibility.
Content Strategy:
Work with the creative team to develop content plans aligned with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the companies presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram. A portfolio showcasing past success is required.
Marketing Campaign Execution:
Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from planning to performance analysis.
Brand Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement brand strategies to increase engagement, recognition, and customer loyalty.
Market Research & Analysis:
Monitor market trends, analyze consumer behavior, and keep track of competitors to refine marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
iGaming Experience:
35 years of product or brand marketing experience within the iGaming industry, including sportsbook.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Project Management:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Social Media Expertise:
Proven experience in social media marketing, including strategy, content creation, and engagement.
Portfolio required.
Problem-Solving:
Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions.
Adaptability:
Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
