Website Operations Assistant

Preferred Candidates:
*Brazilian international students currently in Taiwan
*Taiwanese nationals with a major in Portuguese
Languages:
*Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and
*Portuguese must be able to perform complete translations)
*Salary:NTD $60,000 NTD$100,000 per month

【Job Responsibilities】:Platform Content & System Management
Assist in updating and maintaining website content to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Manage game publishing schedules, organize resources, and configure events
Support multilingual content translation and synchronization, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance
Conduct regular checks for broken links, layout issues, and system errors to maintain platform stability

Community Engagement & Localization Support
Assist in updating social media content, engaging with users, and collecting feedback
Research local user behavior and cultural preferences to help localize products and promotional activities
Gather and respond to user suggestions and complaints to enhance the platform experience

【Requirements】 Associates degree or higher in any discipline; intermediate to advanced proficiency in Portuguese required
Willing to be stationed in Brazil for long-term work
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proactive and capable of working independently with strong problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and able to adapt to fast-paced environments
Strong team player with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
Good learning attitude and time management abilities
