Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Account Manager with a solid background in the iGaming industry, specifically in sportsbook operations. This role is responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing strong relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities. You will act as the key point of contact for assigned accounts, support marketing efforts, and provide strategic feedback to the internal team. The position also includes representing the company at key industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management:
Acquire new sportsbook clients, maintain long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth from existing accounts.

Account Support:
Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companies reach and increase revenue.

Marketing & Promotions:
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, communicating them effectively to clients.

Market Research & Analysis:
Monitor user feedback and market trends to help shape strategy and product offerings.

Industry Representation:
Attend and represent the company at international gaming exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

Reporting & Analysis:
Regularly track and report account status and performance against KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience:

iGaming Experience:
23 years of experience in sales or account management within the iGaming industry, including sportsbook.

Language Skills:
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required. Additional Asian languages are a plus.

Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage and grow client relationships.

Commercial Mindset:
Strong negotiation skills and analytical thinking with a focus on business results.

Problem Solving:
Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability:
Comfortable with remote work and flexible to travel occasionally to Taichung for meetings.
