About the job Digital CRM Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Maximise the efficiency of CRM software (FastTrack) and data to improve customer's
experiences and performance.
Analyse, plan, monitor and optimise CRM business life cycles or activities based on
business goals.
Analyse and optimise digital sales content based on effectiveness and business
performance.
Communicate closely with product, marketing, and management teams to ensure
alignment of business goals.
Provide guidance and support in executing digital CRM initiatives, leading digital
CRM teams to ensure tasks effectiveness and achieve business goals.
Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through
effective communication and documentation.
Requirements:
Must haves:
Degree level or above, Proficient in English (verbal, written & read).
Minimum 2 years experience working with FastTrack CRM system.
Proven record of successful strategy development and implementation in improving
customer experience and business performance using FastTrack CRM system.
Fast learner, able to transform knowledge into practical business solutions.
Strong analytical skill, data-driven minded in decision making.
Result-oriented with strong end to end execution ability.
Nice to haves:
Proficient in Mandarin (verbal, written & read).
Preferred age ranged: 28-35 years old.
Experience in leading a team would be an advantage.
Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
