Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to lead our business development efforts across the APAC region, with a particular focus on the High-Risk PSP and FinTech sectors. This role is ideal for an accomplished professional with deep expertise in the payment industry, a proven track record of driving sales success, and an established network among merchants in high-risk industries.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Growth:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the APAC region, focusing on high-risk industries such as iGaming, Forex, Binary, PSPs, and payment wallets.
- Client Acquisition:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2C merchants in Southeast Asia, including online casinos, Forex platforms, and other high-risk industries.
Market Expansion:
- Drive market penetration efforts in primary target markets, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, while exploring opportunities in secondary regions (Australia, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Cambodia, Pakistan, and India).
Consultative Selling:
- Provide tailored solutions by understanding clients' unique needs, leveraging our payment systems and services.
Networking and Relationship Building:
- Expand and nurture your professional network within the payment industry to establish and enhance the company's market presence.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 3-4 years of successful sales experience in the payment industry, particularly within the FinTech, online payments, or similar sectors.
- High-Risk Expertise: Strong understanding of high-risk industries, with proven experience working with Forex, Binary, PSPs, wallets, or exchanges. (Note: Preference for FIAT experience; crypto is not a priority.)
- Network: Established connections with merchants in high-risk industries, particularly within Southeast Asia.
- Regional Expertise: Deep knowledge of SEA markets (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam); familiarity with secondary markets is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in iGaming, FinTech, Payment Systems, Binary Options, Forex, or related fields is highly advantageous.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and close deals effectively.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Cultural Awareness: Ability to navigate the cultural nuances of the APAC region to foster strong client relationships.
