Job Responsibilities:
Drive annual business strategies, including monthly development plans, market analysis, and customer service KPIs to ensure sales targets are met.

Stay updated on domestic and international sports trends and technology applications (e.g., parlay betting, real-time odds APIs) to continuously optimize the platform business model and explore cross-industry partnerships or co-branding opportunities.

Develop and standardize B2B client acquisition and service processes. Coordinate cross-functionally with tech, customer service, and product teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Regularly review platform and client operational performance (e.g., betting volume, user activity, API stability) and provide suggestions for product and technical improvements.

Lead the customer service team, monitor real-time responsiveness and client feedback, and build a customer management framework tailored to the sports platform.

Collaborate with the technical team to plan and execute API integration and product upgrade projects, ensuring B2B clients can onboard quickly and operate stably.

Execute sports platform brand marketing projects, including promotional campaigns, content management, digital advertising, and social media operations to enhance brand awareness and conversion.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B business development and client relationship management.

Familiarity with the sports product domain and understanding of industry technology trends.

Proven experience in business development and strategic partnerships.

Experience in business model analysis.

Hands-on experience in management and strategic planning.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with API integration

Cross-border business negotiation experience
