Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and negotiate B2B partnership opportunities; continuously seek potential collaborators and adjust strategies in response to market changes.
- Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data and track the effectiveness of branding and promotional efforts.
- Promote and manage the companys brand image.Conduct industry research, attend seminars and trade shows, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the Latin American market and relevant regulatory landscape.
- Lead and motivate a team to improve operational efficiency and team morale.
Requirements:
- Solid network and resources in the Asian gaming industry.Excellent communication and coordination skills; strong market sensitivity, responsibility, and ambition.
- Willingness to attend client meetings, business events, and dinners as part of relationship management.
- Proactive, trustworthy, highly adaptable, and skilled in building interpersonal relationships.
- Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally.
- At least 2 years of experience in a major company in Asia; prior team management experience is a plus.
