We are currently seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for the APAC region to lead and accelerate our revenue growth within the dynamic High-Risk PSP and FinTech sectors. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape strategies and deliver impact in one of the most challenging and rewarding markets in the world.

Language Requirement: Fluency in English (mandatory) and Russian (Upper-Intermediate or higher); additional language skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Leadership:

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive sales and retention strategies.
  • Establish and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure revenue targets are met within planned timeframes.

Team Management & Optimization:

  • Lead and manage Sales and Key Account Management (KAM) teams, optimizing their performance to align with market demands in Southeast Asia.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Market Expansion & Strategy:

  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Propose innovative enhancements to our service offerings to meet client needs and drive differentiation in the high-risk payment landscape.
  • Formulate and implement a growth strategy tailored to the Southeast Asian FinTech market.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-risk merchants and strategic partners across Asia.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years in senior leadership roles, overseeing Sales and Key Account teams within the **High-Risk Payment** or **FinTech** industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payment processes in the **High-Risk PSP sector** across Southeast Asia.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving results in revenue-focused roles.
  • Demonstrated excellence in team management and leadership, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Strong proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and office software, including **MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook**.
  • Data-driven decision-making with an exceptional ability to analyze and present actionable insights.
  • A robust network of high-risk merchants and partners within Asia.
