About the job APAC Head of Sales

Description:

  • To be an "Acting Coach" - show by your own example how to deal and threat the new sales prospects;
  • To manage and optimize Sales team for South-East Asia market;
  • To elaborate sales plans and KPIs for the team;
  • To ensure achievement of planned sales rates and time frames;
  • To offer new sales opportunities and enhancements for the Company;
  • To attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience on Head positions for Sales/Key Account teams
  • Knowledge of payment specifics for PSP and FinTech industry in South-East Asia;
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software;
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Great organizational and time-management skills;
  • English, and a local Asian language are not lower than Upper-Intermediate (an additional foreign language will be an advantage)
