APAC Head of Sales
About the job APAC Head of Sales
Description:
- To be an "Acting Coach" - show by your own example how to deal and threat the new sales prospects;
- To manage and optimize Sales team for South-East Asia market;
- To elaborate sales plans and KPIs for the team;
- To ensure achievement of planned sales rates and time frames;
- To offer new sales opportunities and enhancements for the Company;
- To attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience on Head positions for Sales/Key Account teams
- Knowledge of payment specifics for PSP and FinTech industry in South-East Asia;
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software;
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express;
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Great organizational and time-management skills;
- English, and a local Asian language are not lower than Upper-Intermediate (an additional foreign language will be an advantage)
