We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to drive growth and innovation in the APAC region. If you have a proven track record in high-risk industries, a robust partner network, and a passion for pushing boundaries, we want you on our team.

Nationality: Russian

Language Requirement: Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Identify, develop, and strengthen strategic partnerships across SEA.
  • Lead end-to-end contractual and technical negotiations to foster win-win relationships with partners.

Market Expansion & Business Strategy:

  • Design and implement business development strategies to drive regional growth.
  • Research and target high-potential prospects, removing roadblocks to ensure successful market penetration.
  • Build and justify business cases and financial models with input from key internal stakeholders.

Merchant & Partner Management:

  • Collaborate with VIP merchants to understand their needs, provide support, and relay actionable insights to product and development teams.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with external merchants, acquirers, PSPs, banks, and other payment partners in the region.

Innovation & Value Creation:

  • Identify and create value-added services and innovative payment solutions tailored to regional needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams (product, engineering, legal, compliance, and sales) to drive decision-making and align on key initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

  • 4+ years in high-risk industries (e.g., Forex, Binary Options, iGaming, Sports Betting, Crypto) with a focus on payment business and product development.
  • Strong background in payment providers is a significant advantage.

Regional Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of alternative payments and industry landscapes in SEA, as well as Australia, New Zealand, Bangladesh, India, Korea, or Japan.
  • Established partner and merchant network, including PSPs, APM providers, banks, and remitters.

Technical & Business Acumen:

  • Demonstrated ability to build robust business cases and financial models.
  • Experienced in managing complex projects and dynamic, multi-task work environments.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to independently lead initiatives and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus.
