Java Engineer (Cebu)

Salary Range: $1000-$4000(Based on the candidate's capabilities)

Junior: 1-2 years
Senior: 3 years

Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree

Nationality: Filipino (Cebu Locals)

Languages: English (required), Chinese language proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities:
-Design and develop system architecture and API services

-Write clean, testable code with unit and integration tests

-Build and maintain distributed computing services

-Collaborate through code reviews and knowledge sharing

-Support CI/CD processes for smooth deployment

-Proactively suggest improvements to enhance system design and performance

Qualifications:

-Solid foundation in Java and object-oriented programming-Basic experience in unit testing

-Comfortable writing SQL queries

-Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)

-Open to pair programming and collaborative coding

-At least 2 years of experience in Java development
