About the job Head of KOL / Influencer Marketing
Language: Fluent in English, Chinese /mandarin; multilingual influencer resources (e.g., Urdu, Hindi, Arabic) are highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop Influencer Collaboration Strategy: Design and implement KOL marketing strategies aligned with the company's brand and business objectives, covering major platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Expand Influencer Resources: Proactively identify and recruit a wide range of potential influencers, building a multilingual and tiered influencer database (macro, mid-tier, and micro influencers).Influencer Selection & Negotiation: Evaluate influencer profiles, performance metrics, and pricing. Lead business negotiations and ensure successful onboarding and execution.
Campaign Execution & Performance Monitoring: Plan content direction, publishing schedules, and collaboration deliverables. Track campaign performance and conduct regular reviews for optimization.
Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships with influencers, increasing retention and re-engagement rates. Develop a diversified and sustainable influencer ecosystem.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, customer service, and other departments to support promotional campaigns and conversion strategies.
Team Building & Management: Recruit, manage, and train a team for influencer sourcing and operations. Define clear KPIs and lead the team toward performance goals.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL partnerships, or MCN management; overseas project experience is a plus.
Deep understanding of the KOL landscape and content mechanics on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Strong skills in business communication, project management, and cross-functional teamwork.
Industry background in forex, finance, e-commerce, gaming, or education is preferred.
Fluent in English; candidates with multilingual influencer resources (e.g., Urdu, Hindi, Arabic) are highly preferred.
