About the job Java Backend Engineer

Language Requirement: Not limited, but must be willing to write in Golang or Java.

Location Requirement: Taiwanese nationals.

Experience Requirement:

Must have experience in developing a ToB (Business-to-Business) white-label platform from scratch, or at least have participated in developing some modules.

Preference for candidates with experience in white-label platforms, with more experience and larger scale being a plus.

Candidates without "from zero to one" experience will be penalized.

Bonus Points:

Familiarity with Golang or Java.

More experience in white-label platforms and larger framework scale are advantageous.

Junior: Annual salary of at least 700,000 TWD
Middle: Annual salary of at least 1,000,000 TWD

Senior: There's no limit on the salary range. If can share the last annual salary, the payroll will stay the same during the probation period, but can expect at least a 10% raise.

Remote work is fine, but it really depends on how well the candidate communicates and their sense of responsibility.

If working in our office in Taiwan, things can be pretty relaxed.
However, for those working fully remotely, A strong self-management is required

Communication Skills: Low communication cost, able to understand product requirements.
Professional Knowledge: Rich experience in white-label platforms, understanding priorities.
Thinking Ability: Possess product thinking, pursue product quality.
Talent Characteristics: Prefer delivery-oriented talents over pure technical researchers.
Overall Requirements:

Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and product thinking.
Aiming for a "minimum viable product" (MVP) approach, focusing on getting a 60% product up first and iterating toward 100%.
