Language Requirement: Portuguese, English, also can speak Chinese will be good.
Primary areas of responsibility: Brazil, Argentina, Mexico. More than these countries.
Salary is negotiable based on experience (performance-based bonus included).
We are seeking a market-savvy and Portuguese-fluent Account Manager to oversee and grow our business relationships in the Brazilian iGaming market. You will work closely with partners to drive revenue, optimize player experience, and support market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners
- Assist partners in achieving operational goals, including user retention, revenue growth, and market penetration.
- Analyze market data and performance reports to provide strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, tech) to resolve partner issues
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to propose innovative partnership strategies
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
- can speak Chinese will be good-Minimum 2 years of experience in the iGaming or related industries (e.g., online entertainment, sports betting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of Brazilian market culture and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently and meet KPIsNice to Have:
- Local contacts or industry network in Brazil
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI)
