Job Overview
This product is a U.S.-focused Sweepstakes platform. Its core user acquisition model relies on paid advertising to drive users to register and participate in sweepstakes campaigns.
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to support user acquisition initiatives, with a primary focus on paid media coordination, project execution, performance tracking, and campaign review.
This role will serve as the key liaison between internal teams and external advertising agencies, overseas media-buying teams, CPA affiliate networks, and channel partners. The successful candidate will help organize campaign requirements, coordinate internal resources, manage advertising projects, and continuously improve user acquisition, registration conversion, and overall marketing efficiency through data analysis.
This is primarily a campaign coordination and project management role. The successful candidate will work closely with external advertising agencies and media-buying teams rather than directly operating advertising accounts or executing media buying activities.
The candidate should understand major advertising channels, paid media workflows, conversion funnels, core growth metrics, and campaign optimization principles. The candidate should also be able to translate business objectives into clear and actionable campaign requirements while driving both internal and external teams toward successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agency & Media-Buying Team Coordination
- Coordinate daily communication with external advertising agencies, overseas media-buying teams, CPA affiliate networks, and channel partners.
- Support campaign execution across Facebook, Google, TikTok, Native Ads, Push Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, KPIs, budget allocation, campaign timelines, and key deliverables.
- Clearly communicate campaign requirements and monitor execution progress and delivery quality.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure campaign plans, creative assets, launch schedules, and performance feedback are delivered smoothly.
2. Media Brief & Campaign Requirement Management
- Prepare media briefs based on business objectives and growth strategies.
- Organize campaign requirements including:
- Target audience
- Product focus
- Conversion goals
- Channel strategy
- Budget
- Creative requirements
- Landing pages
- KPIs
- Maintain campaign documentation, project timelines, creative lists, performance reports, and review materials.
- Ensure all project information remains organized and traceable.
3. Creative, Landing Page & Conversion Funnel Coordination
- Coordinate with Product, Design, CRM, Data teams, and external media-buying agencies to launch creatives and landing pages.
- Coordinate tracking links, UTM parameters, conversion events, forms, and registration flows.
- Review whether creatives and landing pages align with campaign objectives and conversion best practices.
- Provide optimization recommendations for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and conversion funnels based on campaign performance.
This role is not responsible for writing ad copy or directly managing creatives, but candidates should be able to evaluate creative quality and conversion effectiveness.
4. Campaign Performance Tracking & Review
- Monitor campaign performance, including:
- Impressions
- Clicks
- CTR
- CVR
- Registrations
- Qualified Leads
- Activation Rate
- CAC
- CPA
- ROI
- LTV
- Retention
- Review reports prepared by advertising agencies and media-buying teams.
- Identify performance gaps, anomalies, channel differences, and optimization opportunities.
- Recommend optimization directions based on campaign data.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and project-based campaign reviews.
5. Budget, Timeline & Campaign Management
- Track campaign budgets, timelines, milestones, and channel allocation.
- Monitor project progress, campaign pacing, and potential risks.
- Recommend adjustments across channels, audiences, creatives, budgets, and campaign strategy.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered according to schedule.
6. U.S. Market & Competitor Research
- Monitor U.S. Sweepstakes trends and competitor activities.
- Research competitor creatives, landing pages, acquisition channels, and growth strategies.
- Share market insights and campaign examples with internal teams and external partners.
- Stay updated on U.S. advertising compliance, Sweepstakes regulations, and platform policy changes.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product, Design, CRM, Data, and Operations teams.
- Ensure a smooth user journey from acquisition through activation and retention.
- Drive cross-functional projects that improve acquisition efficiency and conversion performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Internet Products, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Paid Media, Advertising Operations, or User Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of paid media channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Native Ads, Push Ads, or other programmatic advertising channels.
- Understanding of the complete conversion funnel, from impressions and clicks through registrations and activation.
- Must have experience coordinating with advertising agencies, overseas media-buying teams, or CPA affiliate networks. Hands-on media buying experience is NOT required.
- Must have relevant experience in Sweepstakes, iGaming, or Affiliate Marketing.
- Understanding of U.S. marketing compliance, Sweepstakes regulations, and advertising platform policies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing CTR, CVR, CAC, CPA, ROI, LTV, activation, and retention metrics.
- Able to interpret reports prepared by agencies and propose optimization recommendations.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward independently.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating paid media campaigns in U.S. or international markets.
- Experience in Sweepstakes, Lead Generation, SaaS, AI Products, Mobile Apps, Consumer Internet Products, or Subscription-based businesses.
- Experience working closely with external advertising agencies or overseas media-buying teams.
- Familiar with GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, RedTrack, Voluum, Looker Studio, and Notion.
- Understanding of AARRR, Product-led Growth, CRO, and Funnel Analysis.
- Experience with landing page A/B testing.
- Familiar with UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and tracking events.
- Experience building dashboards or using basic SQL.
- Able to independently conduct campaign reviews and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
