Editorial Assistant

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Salary: 10,000,000 12,000,000 VND ( USD 500)
Nationality: Vietnamese (be able to communicate in Chinese)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM 9:00 PM

Responsibilities-

• Marketing & Brand Content Creation
• Assist in editing brand, product, and event-related content (e.g., website copy, promotional materials, press releases, EDMs, etc.)
• Support content planning and help maintain brand consistency in tone and voice
• Digital Content Publishing & Platform Management
• Assist in uploading and updating content on the company website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, blog, event pages)
• Help ensure consistency in layout, formatting, and image quality across content
• Research & Marketing Support
• Collect and organize market data, competitor materials, and campaign examples for team reference
• Support editing and post-production of materials for marketing events and exhibitions

Requirements-

Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Foreign Languages, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields

Proficient in Chinese communication

Nice to Have-

• Experience maintaining brand websites or social media content
• Copywriting or marketing communication experience
• Familiarity with AI collaboration tools and basic video editing
• Understanding of tone and style in the iGaming industry
