Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of assigned projects from initiation to completion

Develop detailed project schedules, including milestones, resource allocation, and deadlines

Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed

Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration

Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure successful execution of deliverables

Report project status and performance regularly to senior management and key stakeholders

Manage project scope, changes, and documentation using structured methodologies and tools

Ensure all project activities align with business objectives and quality standards

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and process improvements

Utilize project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello) to maintain transparency and accountability

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field37 years of proven experience managing projects (industry-specific experience is a plus)Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities

Proficient in project management software and tools

PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Ability to lead both technical and non-technical teams

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting for projects
