PHP IT Support Specialist (24/7 Shift)

nationality: Prefer Malaysian Chinese, but can share resume as well for Malaysian Indian, will let Hiring Manager review first
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Hours: 24/7 rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays
Salary Range: USD $745 $1,275/month (approx. RM3,500 RM6,000)

Job Description-
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled PHP IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in a 24/7 shift capacity. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting PHP-based systems, ensuring their stability and performance around the clock. You must be detail-oriented, responsive, and possess solid PHP and Laravel troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities-

• Provide technical support for PHP applications, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly

• Monitor and maintain PHP & Laravel systems to ensure high performance and uptime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
• Respond to IT-related incidents and service requests during 24/7 rotating shifts
• Clearly document and communicate technical solutions
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications-

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience with PHP, Laravel, and PHP-based applications
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in rotating 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in an IT support role is an advantage
