About the job Customer Assistant

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (9-6-6 schedule)
Languages Required: Fluent in Chinese, English, and Portuguese
Salary: USD $2,000 $5,000 / month (negotiable based on experience and skills)Responsibilities

  • Client Support & Communication
    • Manage daily communication with clients, including responding to emails, messages, and system inquiries.
    • Track client needs and feedback to ensure smooth communication and timely issue resolution.
    • Assist with coordination and communication across different time zones for international clients (e.g., Thailand, Brazil, Portugal).
    • Collaborate with the operations team and provide logistical support based on client requirements.
    • Handle tasks assigned by supervisors and support cross-departmental projects.
    • Assist headquarters in communicating with the Brazilian office, including business matters.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher; majors in Business, Languages, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
  • Language proficiency: Chinese, English, Portuguese.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and cross-cultural skills.
  • Ability to work across international time zones (including responding to messages in the evening).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in iGaming, technology, or international trade.
  • Experience in international exhibition support, client liaison, or customer service is a plus.
  • Proactive learner, flexible, and able to assist in multinational service operations.

ADDITIONAL:

  • Candidates currently residing in Portugal are acceptable

Fluent Chinese is required

  • Must be willing to relocate to Vietnam

5. Operations Specialist (B2C)(Vietnam)
Strong B2C operational experience is required
Must have experience as a junior supervisor / team lead
Solid background in legal (white-industry) operations
Experience working at a large, well-known game company in Taiwan is a plus
