Key Responsibilities

-Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, etc.)

Develop and maintain lead management processes including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows

Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and conversion funnels

Work with the data/BI team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all channels

Collaborate with campaign and content teams to ensure operational readiness for launches

Manage and enforce data hygiene and GDPR/compliance best practices in CRM and automation tools

Improve and document internal marketing processes and SOPs

Partner with sales and finance to ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and marketing spend tracking

Evaluate, onboard, and train team members on marketing tools and systems

Requirements-Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA is a plus)35 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles

Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign)Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics 365)Proficient in data analytics & reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel)Familiarity with lead scoring models, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and attribution models

Excellent communication and project management skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset Preferred Qualifications-Experience working in B2B SaaS, tech, or fast-paced startup environments

Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools

Understanding of digital ad platforms and campaign tracking (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads)Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, PDPA)
